<div class="tree_txt_unlinked"><p>Sifakas, or <em>Propithecus</em>, are found throughout Madagascar, though geographic region and habitat preferences vary by species. <em>P. diadema</em> is found on the west coast and prefers dry forest, <em>P. diadema</em> is found on the east coast in the rain forests, and <em>P. tattersalli</em>
is from a small region in the northeast. All Sifakas are diurnal,
vertical clingers and leapers, and feed on leaves and fruit.
Anatomically, they have very long legs and a long tail.</p>
